What happens to your information

The free element check

The claim or defense you name and the state you pick are sent to our server and to Anthropic’s Claude model to list the elements. Nothing else is collected, and we don’t keep the check. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms and does not use it to train models.

If you start a plan

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. Your name, email, phone and your intake answers are attached to the Stripe subscription and to a record in our customer system (Hot Prospects) so we can build your Case Map. The Case Map is drafted with Anthropic’s Claude, stored in private storage on Vercel (our hosting provider), reviewed by a person, and emailed to you through Resend. Your story is read by the people who prepare your Case Map and by the AI tools we use to draft it. We keep orders and Case Maps so we can answer questions about them later; email help@goprose.ai from the address on your order to have yours deleted within 30 days.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than preparing your Case Map and answering your questions about it.

We keep orders and Case Maps so we can answer questions about them later. Email help@goprose.ai from the address on your order and we’ll delete your order record, answers and Case Map within 30 days. Payment records stay with Stripe as the law requires.

Email and safety

Case Maps go out by ordinary email. If you’d rather not have case details in your inbox, tell us and we’ll send a download link that expires instead. Please leave Social Security numbers, bank and card numbers out of your answers; we don’t need them.

Cookies and tracking

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Stripe sets its own during checkout. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address like any web request.
